长春铁路枢纽通过能力紧张问题对策研究

A Study on the Strategies to Increase Carrying Capacity of Changchun Railway Hub

长春铁路枢纽是我国东北地区重要的铁路枢纽,枢纽的运行直接影响吉林省乃至我国东北地区的经济发展。基于长春铁路枢纽现状和总图规划,枢纽近、远期通过能力满足运输需求。根据枢纽列车对数,计算得出枢纽内京哈铁路长春-长春北区段通过能力已经接近饱和,虽有少量富余,但在实际运营中,通过能力紧张问题十分突出。分析该枢纽通过能力紧张的影响因素,结合长春铁路枢纽总图规划,提出3个长春铁路枢纽能力紧张问题的解决方案。经方案比选,推荐采用长春-兴隆山-长春北(含龙泉北-龙泉)区段的电气化改造方案,加快提升长春铁路枢纽能力。

Changchun Railway Hub,one of the most important railway hubs in Northeast China,plays an important role in the economic development in Jilin Province or even the entire Northeast Economic Zone.Based on the current situation and general plan of the hub,both its short-and long-term capacity should meet the demand for transportation.According to the number of the trains,this paper calculates that the section carrying capacity between Changchun Station and Changchun North Station of BeijingHarbin Railway is nearly full,which means the capacity in operation is still very limited.Based on an analysis of the influence factors of the capacity and the general plan of the hub,this paper puts forward three solutions.According to the result of program comparisons,this paper recommends the electrified renovation program of Changchun-Xinglongshan-Changchun North section(including Longquan NorthLongquan section),which is expected to facilitate capacity increase of the hub.
