摘要
结合实验检测中心冲击试验现状,阐述人工送料方式的缺陷,从实际出发设计出基于视觉定位的自动上料冲击系统。基于视觉识别定位的自动上料冲击装置可实现准确的将试样槽口对准冲击机砧座中央,代替人工操作的放样不准确。
Considering the current situation of impact test in the Experimental Testing Center,disadvantages of manual sample feeding are explained and the impact test device with automatic sample feeding is designed based on visual recognition and positioning.This device can accurately align the sample slot to the center of the anvil seat of the impact tester,avoiding the mis-alignment with manual feeding.
