摘要
为了解决高炉生产过程中因风温过高导致的热风管系安全事故,采用无线广域网通讯技术,通过自动化手段对热风炉系统关键部位温度进行实时有效的监测。本文结合现场实际应用,介绍热风管系无线测温系统构成、功能优势和使用效果。
In order to avoid safety accident in hot air piping due to overheating by high temperature air during iron-making production,WWAN(Wireless Wide Area Network)communication technology is applied to automatically monitor the real-time temperature of the key parts of the hot blast stove system.This paper introduces the composition,functional advantages and effects of the wireless temperature measuring system applied to the hot air piping.
