影响自动超声无损检测出现错误波形的因素浅析

摘要 对国内两大主流自动超声在线无损检测OLYMPUS和GE的设备进行生产跟踪研究。结果表明,影响自动超声无损检测波形的因素存在三类类似的特点:原材料状态﹑操作参数的调整﹑设备配件的合适度,都会影响超声成像的检测波形。本文从现场实际出发,分析了目前生产过程中可能会干扰自动超声在线无损检测波形的因素,以便尽可能的减少故障延时,提升在线作业效率,确保钢材内部质量。 Investigation was done by tracking the production of two main automatic ultrasonic on-line nondestructive testing equipment of OLYMPUS and GE.The results show that the factors affecting the waveform of automatic ultrasonic nondestructive testing have three similar characteristics:the status of raw material,the adjustment of operating parameters,and the fitness of equipment accessories,all of them can affect the waveform of ultrasonic imaging.Based on the site situation,this paper analyzes the factors that may interfere with the automatic ultrasonic on-line nondestructive testing waveform in the current production process in order to reduce the breakdown as much as possible,improve the online operation efficiency and guarantee the internal quality of steel product.
