摘要
借助相关的质量管理理论,利用统计分析法对线材核心产品质量控制方法进行探讨。主要包括技术准备的质量管理、生产过程的质量管理、设备及信息化的质量管理、工人质量意识培训和绩效考评、建立客户使用跟踪和质量反馈制度等。通过随机抽样和假设检验的方法,验证了此方法是行之有效的。
With the help of related quality management theory,this paper discusses the quality control method of core wire rod products by using statistical analysis method.It mainly includes quality management of technical preparation,quality management of production process,quality management of equipment and informationization,quality awareness training and performance evaluation of workers,establishment of customer application tracking mechanism and quality feedback system.By random sampling and hypothesis testing,this method is verified to be applicable and effective.
