摘要
【目的】与传统松散回潮设备相比,国产自研设备WQ3257型柔性松散回潮滚筒增加了松散区、展开区的喷射蒸汽,本文的目的即是研究该设备多区蒸汽喷射模式对产品质量的影响。【方法】固定回潮区汽水混合蒸汽压力,优化松散区、展开区蒸汽流量,在保证各批次出口物料温度相对稳定的情况下,检测评估物料的物理质量、感官质量。【结果】在松散回潮工序使用多区蒸汽喷射加工方式,①能有效减少冷块烟重量,松散率可提高0.29%~0.6%;改善叶片结构,大中片率可提高2.55%~3.81%;减少造碎,烟末可减少0.23%~0.39%;②能有效降低物料过程损耗,出丝率可提高0.68%;改善烟丝结构,整丝率提高1.44%;③产品在香气量、烟香丰富性以及口腔干净程度等方面表现较好,最终产品得分可提高0.5分。【结论】WQ3257型柔性松散回潮滚筒的多区蒸汽喷射模式,能够有效提升松散率,降低过程损耗,改善烟丝结构,提高产品感官质量得分。
[Objective] Compared with the traditional loosening and conditioning equipment,the self-developed equipment WQ3257 loosening and conditioning roller increases the injection steam in the loose area and the expansion area.The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of multi-zone steam injection mode on the quality of tobacco product.[Method] The mixed steam pressure in the resurgence area is fixed,and the steam flow in the loose area and the unfolding area is optimized.The physical quality and sensory quality of the material are detected and evaluated on the basis of ensuring that the temperature of each batch of export materials is relatively stable.[Results] In the loose resurgence process,multi-zone steam injection processing method can effectively ①reduce the weight of cold block smoke,with loosening rate increased by 0.29%~0.6%;improve the leaf structure,with large and medium film rate increased by 2.55%~3.81%;while reduce the crushing,with tobacco powder reduced by 0.23%~0.39%.② reduce processing loss,with cut tobacco yield increased by 0.68%,improve the size proportion of cut tobacco,with the whole filament rate increased by 1.44%.③The product show excellent performance in terms of aroma,smog richness and mouth cleanliness,with the final product score increased by 0.5 points.[Conclusion] The multi-area steam injection mode of WQ3257 flexible loose moisture return roller can effectively improve the loosening rate,reduce the process loss,improve the size proportion of tobacco and improve the product sensory quality score.
