抗马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)和烟草花叶病毒(TMV)单联弱毒疫苗的研制及防效测定 被引量:2

摘要 为防治烟草马铃薯Y病毒(Potato virus Y,PVY)和烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV),筛选PVY和TMV基因组中保守且高效表达siRNA的片段,连接到烟草脉带花叶病毒(Tobacco vein banding mosaic virus,TVBMV)弱毒侵染性克隆,制备成单联弱毒疫苗,获得TVB-PVYF1、TVB-PVYF2、TVB-PVYF3和TVB-TMVF1、TVB-TMVF2、TVB-TMVF3共6个单联弱毒疫苗。室内筛选后选取保护效果最好的TVB-PVYF2和TVB-TMVF3两个单联弱毒疫苗在山东临沂、潍坊和黑龙江哈尔滨等地进行了田间防效测定,TVB-PVYF2对黑龙江哈尔滨、山东临沂和潍坊烟草PVY的相对防效分别为66.88%、76.46%和60.71%,TVB-TMVF3对黑龙江哈尔滨、山东临沂和潍坊烟草TMV的相对防效分别为80.74%、87.34%和74.40%。 To control Potato virus Y virus (PVY) and Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV),the conserved genomic sequences of PVY and TMV that have a great potential to produce siRNAs were screened and cloned to mild mutant vector of Tobacco vein banding mosaic virus (TVBMV),producing mild vaccines including TVB-PVYF1,TVB-PVYF2,TVB-PVYF3 and TVB-TMVF1,TVB-TMVF2,TVB-TMVF3.Primary tests showed that TVB-PVYF2 and TVB-TMVF3 had great potential on cross protection.Field tests were conducted in Harbin of Heilongjiang province,Linyi and Weifang of Shandong province.The results showed that relative control effects of TVB-PVYF2 against PVY in Harbin,Linyi and Weifang were 66.88%,76.46% and 60.71%,respectively,while those of TVB-TMVF3 against TMV in Harbin,Linyi and Weifang were 80.74%,87.34% and 74.40%,respectively.
