摘要
目的分析护理专业学生(简称护生)的共情能力、自我概念清晰度的现状,并探讨两者相关性。方法采用便利抽样法选取杭州市3所不同学历层次的304名护生,采用中文版杰弗逊共情量表—护生专用版(JSPE-NS)以及自我概念清晰度量表(SCCS)进行问卷调查,分析比较护生的共情能力和自我概念清晰度情况。结果300份有效问卷中,共情能力总平均得分为(108.74±12.44)分,其中观点采择维度平均得分为(54.23±6.31)分、情感护理维度平均得分为(43.04±5.65)分、换位思考维度平均得分为(11.48±2.01)分;自我概念清晰度平均得分为(34.05±6.14)分。不同学历层次护生的共情能力总分和自我概念清晰度得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护生的共情总分与自我概念清晰度呈正相关(r=0.204,P<0.05)。结论护生的自我概念清晰度和共情能力水平均有待提高,自我概念清晰度可以正向影响护生的共情能力。
Objective To analyze the status and correlation of self-conceptual clarity and empathy ability of nursing students.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 304 nursing students from three different educational levels in Hangzhou.Jefferson Scale of Empathy for Nursing Students(JSPE-NS)(Chinese version)and Self-Conceptual Clarity Scale(SCCS)were used to investigate and compare self-conceptual clarity and empathy ability of nursing students.Results In the 300 valid questionnaires,the total average score of empathy ability was(108.74±12.44)points,of which the average score of the perspective selection dimension was(54.23±6.31)points,the average score of the emotional nursing dimension was(43.04±5.65)points,and the average score of the transpositional consideration dimension was(11.48±2.01)points.The average score for self-conceptual clarity was(34.05±6.14)points.The scores of empathy ability and self-conceptual clarity of nursing students with different educational levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of empathy was positively correlated with the self-conceptual clarity(r=0.204,P<0.05).Conclusions The level of self-conceptual clarity and empathy ability of nursing students should be improved,and self-conceptual clarity can positively affect the empathy ability of nursing students.
