益生菌治疗对慢性乙肝患者肠道菌群、肝功能及肝纤维化指标水平的影响

Effect of probiotic therapy on intestinal flora,liver function and liver fibrosis index in patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨益生菌治疗对慢性乙型肝炎患者肠道菌群、肝功能及肝纤维化指标水平的影响。方法130例慢性乙肝患者随机分为对照组和观察组各65例,均给予保肝、营养支持等常规治疗,观察组患者加服双歧杆菌四联活菌片,一次3片,每天3次,疗程3个月。治疗结束后观察2组患者肠道菌群、肝功能及肝纤维化指标的变化。结果治疗后,观察组患者的双歧杆菌及乳酸杆菌数量高于对照组,肠杆菌、肠球菌数量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者谷草转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素及透明质酸酶、层粘蛋白、III型前胶原、IV型胶原水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌治疗可改善慢性乙肝患者肠道菌群结构及肝功能,并减缓肝纤维化过程。

Objective To explore the effect of probiotic therapy on intestinal flora,liver function and liver fibrosis index in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 130 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided at random into a control group(n=65)and an observation group(n=65).Both groups were given routine treatment such as liver protection and nutritional support.The observation group was given Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in addition to that given to the control,three tablets at a time,three times a day,and three months of treatment.After treatment,the changes of intestinal flora,liver function and liver fibrosis index in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the number of Enterobacter and Enterococcus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,alanine transaminase,total bilirubin,hyaluronidase,laminin,type III procollagen and type IV collagen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Probiotic therapy can improve intestinal flora structure and liver function of patients with chronic hepatitis B,and slow down the process of liver fibrosis.
