摘要
文章构造了面板数据模型实证检验了商贸流通效率的经济红利与环保收益,结果表明:商贸流通效率的提升具有显著的经济红利与环保收益,在排污水平约束下,商贸流通效率的经济红利效应呈现出倒"V"型变化,在经济水平影响下,商贸流通效率的环保收益会随着经济水平的提升而逐渐增强,即:商贸流通效率的提升实现了经济红利与环境保护的双赢。因此,要鼓励商贸流通行业的技术革新与节能减排,促进经济的高质量发展。
This paper constructs a panel data model to empirically test the economic dividend and environmental protection benefit of commercial circulation efficiency. The results show that:the promotion of commercial circulation efficiency has significant economic dividend and environmental protection benefit. Under the constraint of pollution discharge level,the economic dividend effect of commercial circulation efficiency shows an inverted "V" type change. Under the influence of economic level,the environmental protection benefit of commercial circulation efficiency will follow with the improvement of economic level,it is gradually strengthened,that is,the promotion of commercial circulation efficiency has realized the win-win of economic dividend and environmental protection. Therefore,we should encourage the technological innovation,energy conservation and emission reduction of the trade circulation industry,and promote the high-quality development of the economy.
