反应堆压力容器顶封头接管冷装过盈配合力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 200 MW低温核供热堆反应堆压力容器顶封头壳体与小口径接管间采用冷装过盈配合连接结构,为确定过盈配合连接合理的最小过盈量和最大过盈量,首先建立了过盈连接结构解析解的简化模型,分析确定了过盈配合连接结构最小过盈量和最大过盈量计算的适用工况;再根据弹性力学理论对过盈配合连接结构进行力学分析,推导出最小过盈量和最大过盈量的工程计算方法;最后,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对典型接管的冷装过盈配合连接结构的合理性进行冷态和热态工况下的验证。 Cold press interference fit was used in the connections between small-diameter nozzles and top head of 200 MW low temperature nuclear heating reactor(NHR-200)pressure vessel.In order to find the reasonable minimum and maximum amount of the interference fit,first of all,a simplified model for analytical solution of interference fit connection was presented by the author to determine the applicable operating conditions for calculation of amount of min.and max.interference fit of the connection.Then,mechanical analysis was conducted on the interference fit connection according to the theory of elastic mechanics,under which the engineering calculation method was derived for minimum and maximum amount of the interference fit.Finally,the ANSYS software was used to verify the reasonability of the interference fit connection of typical nozzles under cold and hot working conditions.
