结合预制装配式涵洞在怀阳高速公路的试点应用实例,介绍预制装配式涵洞的试点想法、设计理论、试点应用情况及预制、安装等工序的施工工艺,提出预制安装施工过程的质量控制要点,并对比与传统现浇涵洞的费用情况,对预制装配式涵洞施工、质量控制及推广应用具有一定的指导意义。

Combined with the pilot application examples of prefabricated culverts on the Huaiyang highway,this article introduces the pilot ideas,design theory,the pilot application and construction technology of prefabrication and installation,and put forward the quality control of prefabricated construction process.It also compares the cost situation with traditional cast-in-place culverts,and has certain guiding significance for the construction,quality control and promotion of prefabricated culverts.
