地铁明挖车站石方爆破技术现场试验与应用

摘要 青岛地铁海安路站为明挖车站,地质为强风化、中风化、微风化花岗岩,需要根据不同岩性选定爆破技术参数。通过施工现场试爆试验取得爆破效果,确定合理可行的爆破技术方案和参数,并提出爆破安全控制技术。本车站经过6个月的石方爆破,成功开挖了不同风化程度的花岗岩并得到了相应围岩对应的爆破参数,有良好的爆破效果。本工程的施工经验可为同类大开挖量、短工期岩质基坑开挖提供经验。 Hai’an Road Station of Qingdao Metro is an open-excavated station. Its geology is strongly weathered, moderately weathered and slightly weathered granite. Blasting technical parameters need to be selected according to different lithologies. In this paper, the blasting effect was obtained through the construction site blasting test, the reasonable and feasible blasting technical scheme and parameters were determined, and the blasting safety control technology was proposed. After 6 months of stone blasting at this station, granites with different weathering degrees were successfully excavated and the corresponding blasting parameters corresponding to the surrounding rocks were obtained. The construction experience of this project can provide experience analogy for the excavation of similar large excavations and short-term rock foundation pits.
