摘要
预应力混凝土箱梁具有变形小、刚度大等特点,针对厦蓉高速和溪互通B匝道桥施工过程中存在的难题,如支架安装的可靠性、混凝土密实度无法达标、预应力张拉等,阐述了现浇预应力箱梁施工关键技术和施工工艺,为今后类似工程施工提供技术指导。
The prestressed concrete box girder has the characteristics of small deformation and large rigidity. In view of the problems existing in the construction process of Xiamen Chengdu Expressway Hexi interchange B ramp bridge, such as the reliability of support installation, the failure of concrete compactness to reach the standard, prestressed tension, etc., this paper expounds the key construction technology and construction process of the cast-in-place prestressed box girder, and provides technical guidance and experience summary for the construction of similar projects in the future.
