铁路职业院校高技能人才培养模式研究

Study on the Training Mode of High Skilled Talents in Railway Vocational Colleges

随着中国铁路尤其是高速铁路飞速发展,铁路企业对铁路高技能人才的需求也迅猛发展。铁路职业院校作为铁路高技能人才培养的摇篮,肩负着重要使命。在对铁路职业院校高技能人才培养现状及存在的问题进行研究的基础上,从培养目标确定、师资队伍建设和校企合作三方面提出了铁路职业院校构建高技能人才培养模式的建议。

With the rapid development of Chinese railways, especially high-speed railways,the demand of railway enterprises for high skilled talents has also developed rapidly. As the cradle of railway high skilled talents training, railway vocational colleges shoulder an important mission. On the basis of studying the present situation and existing problems of the training of high skilled talents in railway vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some Suggestions on constructing the training mode of high skilled talents in railway vocational colleges from the following three aspects: the determination of training objectives, the construction of teaching staff and school-enterprise cooperation.
