合作创新能否提升专利质量?--基于PSM与回归分析的实证研究 被引量:10

摘要 知识产权强国战略背景下,研究如何提高专利质量至关重要。文章基于23所"双一流"高校的83 646件专利,采用倾向得分匹配法(PSM)、Tobit和Logit回归对合作创新能否提高专利质量进行实证研究。研究发现:合作创新对专利质量具有显著的正向影响;相对于校校合作创新、校研合作创新,校企合作创新对专利质量的正向影响更为显著,且不同的产业领域对专利质量的影响存在差异;"双一流"高校优势学科中的合作创新对专利质量具有显著正向影响。研究结果揭示了校企合作创新能够提高专利质量,并验证了对专利质量影响显著的产业领域和学科,研究结论可以为校企进一步深化合作创新、提升专利质量提供参考借鉴。 In order to build a powerful intellectual property rights nation, it is important to improve patent quality. Based on 83 646 patents from 23 "Double First-Class" universities of China, this paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between cooperative innovation and patent quality by means of propensity score matching(PSM),Tobit and Logit regression. Research findings are as follows: cooperative innovation has positive effect on patent quality;compared with university-university and university-institute cooperative innovation, university-enterprise cooperative innovation is more effective in improving the quality of patents, and different fields of university-enterprise cooperative innovation have different effects on patent quality;cooperative innovation in advantage disciplines of "Double First-Class" universities have significant effect on patent quality. The research results further reveal that university-enterprise cooperative innovation can effectively improve the quality of patents, and empirically demonstrates the fields and disciplines of cooperative innovation that have effect on improving the quality of patents. The study can provide reference for universities and enterprises deepening cooperative innovation and improving patent quality.
