摘要
在当今互联网技术发展趋势下,公益慈善领域的发展也得到新突破。但目前大多数公益互助系统都是一个中心化系统,公益资金由第三方中心数据库保管,可信度不高。为了保障公益记录信息的信任和安全,本文结合区块链技术去中心化、防伪溯源、公开透明的特点,设计了不可篡改、安全可信的公益互助系统架构。公益互助系统主要包括上层的应用交互层和底层的区块链层。应用交互层用于实现系统功能,以及提供用户与底层区块链之间的数据转化;区块链层包括维护区块链运行的P2P网络,以及一条可追溯、防篡改的区块链。基于区块链的公益互助系统有利于增加资金流向的透明度,提高公益行为的信任度,解决公益行业的痛点问题。
Under the current development trend of Internet technology, the development of the charity field has also made new breakthroughs. However, most of the public welfare mutual aid systems are currently a centralized system, and public welfare funds are kept in third-party central databases, so the credibility is not high. In order to protect the credit and security of public interest record information, this paper combines the characteristics of blockchain technology such as decentralization, anti-counterfeiting traceability, openness and transparency, and designs a non-tamperable, secure and credible system of public welfare mutual assistance system. The public welfare mutual assistance system mainly includes an upper application interaction layer and an underlying blockchain layer. The application interaction layer is used to implement system functions, and to provide data conversion between the user and the underlying blockchain. The blockchain layer includes a P2 P network maintaining blockchain operations and a tamper-proof, traceable blockchain. The blockchain-based public welfare mutual aid system is conducive to increasing the transparency of capital flow and enhancing the trust of public welfare behavior, and thus solve the bottleneck of the Public welfare industry.
