为推动我国静脉治疗事业的发展,为患者提供安全、合理、有效的中心静脉血管通路装置,促进该领域的科学研究,国内相关领域专家按照循证医学原则,以当前最佳证据为依据,按照问题和推荐强度分级系统,在多学科专家、各级医院的临床医师和护理人员中广泛征求意见,达成本共识。本共识旨在制定中心静脉血管通路装置安全管理的解决方案,并为临床决策提供依据。

In order to promote the development of infusion therapy in China,to facilitate the scientific research in the field of central venous access device,to provide safe,reasonable and effective central venous catheter for patients,according to the principle of evidence-based medicine,based on the best evidence at present,according to the questionare and recommended strength classification,we have widely consulted and reached an agreement among multi-disciplinary experts,clinicians and nursing staff.The purpose of this consensus is to provide medical staff with solutions for the safety management of central venous catheter,and the evidence for decision-making.
