应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发热门诊的建设与管理

Construction and management of fever clinics for Corona Virus Disease 2019

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在全球肆虐蔓延,给人类健康带来了巨大危害。早期明确诊断,及时阻断传染源,切断传播途径是COVID-19防控措施的关键所在。应对COVID-19疫情暴发流行,快速建立发热门诊,实现对发热患者的早诊、分诊和转运分流,对大型公立医院既是考验又是挑战。如何在紧急情况下短时间内改建出符合防控要求的发热门诊并科学管理是COVID-19防控的重要环节。兰州大学第一医院作为甘肃省COVID-19定点收治的综合医院,迅速建设发热门诊,实现高效的早筛早诊,建立COVID-19防控的前哨阵地和窗口。本研究介绍了应对COVID-19疫情发热门诊建设与管理的经验,主要为:快速建设综合医院符合传染病防治要求的发热门诊,科学设计患者就医流程,守好COVID-19诊治的“门户”,构筑防范COVID-19传染源扩散的重要屏障,是发热门诊的重要功能。

Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is spreading all over the world and bringing huge negative impact on people's health and life.It is crucial to isolate patients who are suspected of having or diagnosed with the disease,in order to help prevent infection source and cut off the routes of transmission.Therefore,many general hospitals have set up fever clinics in accordance with the national prevention and control requirements to realize triage and transfer of fever patients during a COVID-19 outbreak.It is worth discussing how to rebuild a fever clinic that follows up the prevention and control requirements and scientific management in a short time under emergency.The First Hospital of Lanzhou University,as the designated hospital for COVID-19 in Gansu Province,quickly established a fever clinic and has kept it 24-hour open,thus providing an outpost for the detection of COVID-19.Constructing a fever clinic in a general hospital and designing the process for seeking medical care scientifically could make the fever clinic become a"gateway"to the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 and forge an important barrier to prevent the spread of the source of infection.The experience of this fever clinic can provide some important reference for epidemic prevention and control strategies.
