HPV疫苗接种对HPV感染患者心理及生活质量的影响

Effect of HPV vaccination on psyche and quality of life of patients with HPV infection

目的探讨HPV感染患者在接种HPV疫苗后心理状况及生活质量的改变。方法选取2018年5月在深圳市南山区妇幼保健院确诊为HPV阳性的女性患者100例作为研究对象,其中接种HPV疫苗的50例为观察组,未接种HPV疫苗的50例为对照组。在接种前和接种完成后1周对两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和生活质量进行评价分析。结果接种完HPV疫苗后,观察组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.20、3.65,均P<0.01);生活质量评分中6个维度(生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、精力、社会功能、精神健康)观察组评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为5.12、2.48、5.92、2.04、4.01、4.97,均P<0.05);观察组接种前后焦虑、抑郁评分及生活质量评分中7个维度(生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康)评分比较差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.05、3.54、5.23、4.74、5.99、6.95、6.89、1.97、4.86,均P<0.05)。结论HPV感染的患者及时接种HPV疫苗能有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate changes in psychological status and quality of life of patients with HPV infection after receiving HPV vaccine.Methods 100female patients with positive HPV determined in May 2018in Nanshan District Maternity and Child Health Hospital of Shenzhen City were selected as study subjects.Among which,50patients who received HPV vaccination were as observation group,and other 50patients who didn't receive HPV vaccination were as control group.Before and at 1week after vaccination,anxiety,depression and quality of life of the patients in both groups were assessed and analyzed.Results After HPV vaccination,scores in anxiety and depression of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the patients in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.20and 3.65respectively,both P<0.01).The scores in six dimensions(physical function,somatic pain,general health,energy,social function and mental health)of quality of life of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the patients in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.12,2.48,5.92,2.04,4.01and 4.97respectively,all P<0.05).In the scores in anxiety and depression and seven dimensions of the quality of life(physical function,somatic pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health)of the patients in the observation group,there were significant differences before and after HPV vaccination(t=4.05,3.54,5.23,4.74,5.99,6.95,6.89,1.97and 4.86respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusion Timely vaccination of HPV vaccine for patients with HPV infection can effectively improve anxiety,depression and quality of life of the patients.
