人类命运共同体视域中的中国国际话语权

China’s International Discourse Power in the Perspective of Human Destiny Community

国际话语权是意识形态话语权的重要组成部分。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,亟需我们解构资本逻辑,破除资本主义的话语霸权,提升和维护中国国际话语权。一是从西方理念和西方利益优先的范式跨越到人类命运共同体范式,超越国际话语权的"西式版本";二是为世界提供中国智慧、中国方案、中国力量,超越国际话语权的"普世价值";三是推动互联互通,超越国际话语权的对抗思维。

International discourse power is an important part of ideological discourse power.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era,we urgently need to deconstruct the logic of capital and to remove the discourse hegemony of capitalism,so as to promote and maintain China’s international discourse power.Firstly,it is necessary to transfer from the paradigm of Western ideas and priority of Western interests to the paradigm of human destiny community,which is the " western vesion" of surpassing the international discourse power;secondly,we provide the world with Chinese wisdom,Chinese programs,and Chinese power,which has " universal value" of surpassing the international discourse power;thirdly,we shall promote international interconnection and intercommunication and have the adversarial thinking of surpassing the international discourse power.
