粤港澳大湾区特色金融产业发展与创新对策研究

A Study on the Development and Innovation of Characteristic Financial Industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

以粤港澳大湾区特色金融产业为视角,围绕绿色金融、融资租赁和科技金融三大特色金融产业进行现状、问题和对策分析。分析发现,粤港澳大湾区的特色金融产业发展迅速,但仍然存在着绿色金融发展相对迟缓、融资租赁外汇管理成本高以及科技金融投入失衡等问题。针对现存问题,从多个角度提出了完善粤港澳大湾区特色金融产业发展的对策建议。

From the perspective of the characteristic financial industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the status-quo,problems and countermeasures are analyzed around the three characteristic financial industries of green finance,financial leasing and sci-tech finance.The analysis found that the characteristic financial industry in the Greater Bay Area has developed rapidly,but there are still problems such as the relatively slow development of green finance,the high cost of foreign exchange management of financial leasing,and the imbalance of investment in technology finance.In view of the existing problems,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from various angles,including guiding green investment and financing concepts,simplifying the foreign exchange circulation of financing leases,and forming a strategy for the coordinated development of technological innovation in the cities of the Greater Bay Area Structure,etc.,so as to effectively promote the development and innovation of the characteristic financial industries in the Greater Bay Area,improve the existing financial industry structure,and realize the optimal allocation of financial resources.
