地勘单位奋斗发展历程回顾与展望

Review and Prospects of the Striving Development Course of Geological Exploration Units

70年来,奋斗是地勘单位发展历程的最好注解。然而,在现阶段,地质人过去的奋斗精神已缺乏感召力,一部分干部职工思想迷茫,对工作热情不高、干劲不足、奋斗精神有所懈怠,表现为奋斗的情怀不大、动力不足、方向不明、行动不实、办法不多。文章从地勘单位长期实行事企不分的管理模式、行业正在进行深度调整重塑、事业体制机制活力不足、公益职能尚未落地、改革还在深化等五方面分析了产生问题的原因。坚信地质人只要树牢报国之志、把握发展大势、勇于实践探索、凝聚队伍力量、夯实道德根基,就一定会不负伟大时代,继续以奋斗精神书写出地勘单位改革发展的美好新篇章。

Over the past 70 years,striving is the best commentary on the development course of geological exploration units.However,at the present stage,the striving spirit in the past is short of charisma for the geologists.There shows up that some cadres and staff members are confused in their thinking,low enthusiasm for work,lack of motivation,unclear direction,unrealistic action and lack of solutions.The paper analyzes the reasons of the problems from five aspects:the management mode of institution and enterprise of geological exploration units is non-separation for long time,the industry is carrying out deep adjustment and restructure,motivation of the institution system and mechanism is insufficient,the public welfare functions are not implement,and the reform is still strengthening.It is firmly believed that as long as the geologists persist the ambition of serving our country,grasp the general trend of development,brave to practice and explore,rally our team and reinforce the moral foundation,we will surely live up to the great times and continue to write a new and beautiful chapter of reform and development of the geological exploration units with the striving spirit.
