摘要
随着教师管理模式的静止和封闭状态被激烈的市场竞争经济环境打破,地方开放大学教师为了寻求更适合自己的工作岗位以满足自身价值实现的需要而直接参与岗位竞争。基于现代管理学“螃蟹文化”定律的启示,在深入分析原因的基础上,提出从营造良好的竞争环境、实现教师资源合理配置、建立透明的聘期评价与考核体系、完善激励机制等方面,来破除目前地方开放大学存在的教师岗位竞争管理机制上的“桎梏”,以强化学校人力资源管理。
As the static and closed state of teacher management model is broken by the fierce market competition and economic environment,the teachers of local Open University are directly involved in job competition in order to find a more suitable job position to meet the needs of their own value realization.Based on the enlightenment of the“crab culture”law of modern management and the in-depth analysis of the reasons,we propose to create a good competitive environment,make the rea sonable allocation of teachers’resources,establish a transparent evaluation and assessment system and improve incentive mechanism to eliminate the shackle of the current teaching competition management mechanism in the local Open University and to strengthen the human resource management of the Open University.
