普洱市澜沧县古茶园茶叶品与生长环境关系分析

Analysis of the Relationship between Tea Products and Growth Environment inAncient Tea Garden in Lancang County,Pu'er City

通过对普洱茶区重要茶园之一澜沧县古茶园的研究发现,古茶园茶树生长环境的生态条件对茶叶的品质影响较大。具体来说,古茶树所处的海拔高度、土壤构成及温度、降雨量、湿度等不同生态条件都是影响茶叶品质(包括茶叶氨基酸、咖啡碱、茶多酚、可溶性糖等)的重要因素。

The research findings of the ancient tea garden in Lancang County shows the ecological conditions of the growing environment of tea trees in the ancient tea garden have a great influence on the quality of tea.Specifically,different ecological conditionssuch as the altitude,soil composition,temperature,rainfall and humidity in which the ancient tea trees are grown are all important factors affecting tea quality(including tea amino acids,caffeine,tea polyphenols,soluble sugars,etc.).
