摘要
人文素质教育是文化素质教育的重中之重。这些年来,理工类大学遵循着多种路径,努力实施人文素质教育,取得了有目共睹的成效。同时也面临一些困境,诸如教育观念的被淡化、师资队伍的拼盘化、学科专业依托的无根化、“课程人文教育”的非现实化、受众获益的浅表化,等等。理工类大学应从实际出发,更新教育观念,借鉴已有教育模式的长处,构建学科齐全、层次分明的人文素质教育课程体系,进而形成基于人文科学学术共同体的、“人文教育课程”与“课程人文教育”相结合的、具有普惠性的人文素质教育模式。
Humanities quality education is the top priority of cultural quality education. Over the years, universities of science and engineering have followed a variety of paths and worked hard to implement humanities quality education, which has achieved remarkable results. At the same time, it also faces some dilemmas, such as the dilution of educational concepts, the arrangement of the teaching staff, the rootlessness of the disciplines, the unrealisticness of "course humanities education", and the superficialization of the audience’s benefits. The universities of science and engineering themselves should proceed from the reality, update the educational concept, learn from the strengths of the existing educational model, and construct a curriculum system with a complete set of disciplines and a clear hierarchy of humanities quality education, and then form an universal humanities education model based on humanities academic community and combining "humanities education course" and "course humanities education".
