摘要 专业实践能力是保证大学生顺利开展专业研究、解决专业问题的专业能力。参与科创活动是大学生专业实践能力养成的高效路径。通过对296名应用心理学专业本科生进行调查,发现参与科创活动可有效提高大学生的专业实践能力,改善其心理资本和专业认同。可积极鼓励大学生参与科创活动,重视对大学生参与科创活动的过程指导,构建大学生参与科创活动的长效激励制度。 Professional practice ability refers to the professional ability for college students to carry out professional research or solve professional problems. In terms of the content and organization form of college students’ scientific innovation activities, it is in line with the key characteristics of the direct and efficient path for the cultivation of college students’ professional practice ability. This empirical study with 296 students who major in applied psychology as the sample has found that scientific innovation activities can effectively improve students’ professional practice ability, can also improve their psychological capital and professional identity. College students can be encouraged to participate in scientific innovation activities, and it is necessary to attach importance to the process guidance and establish a long-term incentive system for them.
