摘要
以RLTESECC项目为支撑,研究中国师范生在参与交换生项目前后对师生关系认识的变化。研究使用了问卷法、访谈法和实物收集法,研究结果表明:尽管师范生对师生关系影响因素的认识变化不大,但在师生关系本质、价值观、实践观的认识方面发生了显著变化。具体而言,在师生关系中,要追求平等并包容不平等、教师的情感投入要适度、师生关系要根植于社会文化。此外,师范生基于反思绘制了理想师生关系的蓝图,并开始思考如何建构良好的师生关系。本研究的启示有:交换生项目应强调"带出去"和"带回来",教师培养中师生关系需得到更多重视,交换生项目应注重激发师范生的全球化思维,互惠学习要注重从传统文化中挖掘师生关系的意蕴和价值。
Based on the RLTESECC program, the research studied the perception changes of the Chinese teacher candidates of teacher-student relationships before and after participating the exchange students program. Survey strategies like questionnaire, interview, and physical collection are all used in the current research. The results of the research showed that though there is no obvious indication in the influence of teacher candidates’ perception change, there are significant changes occurring in their perceptions of the nature, values, and practice of teacher-student relationships. Specifically, in the teacher-student relationship, both sides must pursue equality but be inclusive of inequality;teacher’s emotional input should be appropriate;and teacher-student relationships should be rooted in social culture. In addition, they draw a blueprint for the ideal teacher-student relationships based on reflection, and begin to think about how to build a good teacher-student relationship. The implications of this study are as follows: exchange students should emphasize on"bringing out" and "bringing back";teacher-student relationships need more attention in teacher training;exchange students program should focus on stimulating the global thinking of students;reciprocal learning should excavate the implication and value of teacher-student relationships from traditional culture.
