摘要
本文利用2009-2017年全国高校毕业生就业调查数据,通过收入对数模型、定序Logit模型和倾向值得分匹配模型分析了行业间的就业结果差异以及"入对行"带来的回报,结果发现:1)行业间就业结果存在显著差异,主要体现在起薪差异上;2)毕业生在行业进入上存在优先序,最热衷进入就业量大、收入高、满意度高的新兴服务业;3)"入对行"可以带来高于教育投资回报率的收入溢价(500元/月),但前提要先变成"对的人"。
Based on data from a sample survey of Chinese higher education institutions from 2009 to 2017, this paper analyzes the difference of employment results between industries and the return of entering right industry, and finds that: 1) There are significant differences in employment results between industries, mainly reflecting in the difference of starting salary;2) Graduates have priority in entering the industry, and they are most keen to enter the emerging service industries with high employment, high income, and high satisfaction;3) When you are the right person, entering right industry can bring an income premium(500 RMB per month) higher than the return on investment in education.
