摘要
以教师在课程改革中能动性的表现形式为研究对象,将教师能动性表现形式分为主动能动性、被动能动性、消极性抗拒能动性;教师能动性受到环境、社会、文化、制度、个人等方面因素的影响,并在三种表现形式之间变化;因此,必须采取有效的方式方法,创造有利于调动教师主动能动性的条件,只有这样才能在课程改革中充分发挥出教师主动能动性,课程改革就能顺利推进,并最终取得成功。
This paper chooses teachers’ initiative in curriculum reform as the research object, and divides it into active initiative, passive initiative, and passive resistance initiative. Teachers’ initiative is affected by environmental, social, cultural, institutional, personal and other factors, which changes between the above three forms of expression. Therefore, effective methods must be adopted to create conditions conducive to mobilizing teachers’ initiative. Only in this way can their initiative be fully utilized in curriculum reform. Then curriculum reform can proceed smoothly and eventually succeed.
