合成气压缩机防喘振系统波动原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章根据合成氨装置合成气压缩机103-J防喘阀FRC7、FRC8突然动作的现象,判断机组进入喘振区附近,使机组操作出现波动。通过对FRC7、FRC8进行分析,确定引起波动的原因是由于105-F安全阀起跳。这导致FRC8流量降低并使FRC8工作点进入防喘区,FRC8自动打开直至工作点离开防喘区后逐渐关闭;FRC7流量上升后,防喘工作点迅速向右移动,在安全阀跳回后,FRC7工作点在向左移动到正常位置的过程中,尽管工作点没有进入防喘区,但是由于距离其盘旋点太近而多次出现开启现象。 According to the sudden acting of the anti-surge control valve FRC7 and FRC8 in synthetic compressor of ammonia plant,it was determined that the compressor was close to the surge area,which caused fluctuation during the operation process of the unit.Through analysis of the FRC7 and FRC8,it was confirmed that the fluctuation was due to the take-off of 105-F safety valve.This led to the reduction of the FRC8 flowrate and its working point entering the surge area.Then the FRC8 opened automatically until the working point left the surge area and closed gradually.After the FRC7 flowrate increased,the anti-surge working point moved to the right quickly.After the PSV was back to normal,the FRC7 would move to the left and returned to its normal position.Although the working point didn't enter the surge area,the FRC7 still frequently opened because the point was close to the FRC7 spiral point.
