摘要
石化企业燃气轮机与工艺系统联系紧密,其运行可靠性对石化企业的正常生产至关重要,若因故障停机,则一方面影响上下游物料平衡,另一方面影响企业高压蒸汽管网的稳定。通过分析燃气轮机停机原因,找出故障的根本原因,提出对燃气轮机某个系统、某个部件进行适当改进的方案,同时总结出对应的操作维护措施,有效地提高了燃气轮机的运行可靠性,确保了企业的正常生产。文章所述的系统和部件改进方案及总结的操作经验都对其他相关企业燃气轮机的运行管理有很大的参考价值。
Gas turbines in petrochemical enterprises are closely connected with process systems,and their operational reliability is crucial to the normal production of petrochemical enterprises.If the gas turbine is shut down due to a fault,it will not only affect the balance of upstream and downstream materials,but also affect the stability of high-pressure steam pipe network in the enterprises.Through analyzing the causes of gas turbine shutdown,this paper found out the root causes of the failure and put forward appropriate improvement plan for a certain system or components of the gas turbines.Meanwhile,it summarized corresponding measures for operation and maintenance.These helped to improve the operational reliability of the gas turbines effectively and ensured the normal production of the enterprises.The system and component improvement plans described in this paper and the summarized operating experience are of big reference to the operation and management of gas turbines in other related enterprises.
