摘要 对我厂7075铝合金铸锭的均匀化处理制度以及棒材挤压工艺、模具、淬火设备、时效工艺等进行了描述和说明。采用3 150 t反向挤压机对Ф60 mm的7075铝合金棒材进行挤压生产,头端铸锭温度为365℃,挤压速度为1.5 m/min,制品表面良好,淬火温度为433℃。经120℃×22 h时效处理后,其力学性能、硬度均合格,距离头尾500 mm处的低倍组织符合要求。 The homogenization treatment system of the 7075 aluminum alloy ingot,the bar extrusion process,the mold,the quenching equipment and the aging process are expounded and described in the paper. The 7075 aluminum alloy bar with Ф60 mm was extruded by a 3150 t reverse extrusion express. The head end of ingot temperature was 365 ℃,the extrusion speed was 1.5 m/min,the surface of the product was good,and the temperature of the ingot was 433 ℃. The mechanical properties and hardness were all qualified and the macrosructure was qualified at a distance of of 500 mm from the head and tail after aging treatment at 120 ℃ × 22 h.
