摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等方法对7A52铝合金轧制厚板的探伤缺陷进行了检测分析。结果表明,7A52铝合金轧制厚板的探伤缺陷主要是铸锭疏松缺陷。轧制加工变形时,板材表层与芯部因变形不均匀形成局部应力集中,导致合金晶界处的疏松缺陷因拉裂形成裂纹。
The defect detection of 7 A52 aluminum alloy rolling plate was analyzed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the defect detection of 7 A52 aluminum alloy rolling plate is mainly the ingot shrinkage defect.During the rolling deformation,the local stress concentration is caused by the non-uniform deformation of the surface and core of the plate,such that the shrinkage defects at grain boundary are cracked by cracking.
