2014-2018年四川省预防艾滋病经性传播干预实施情况分析

Implementation of Sexually-transmitted HIV/AIDS Intervention in Sichuan Province From 2014 to 2018

目的分析四川省2014-2018年艾滋病综合防治信息网络直报系统高危人群干预数据,了解艾滋病经性传播高危人群的干预实施情况。方法收集2014-2018年四川省女性性工作者(female sex worker,FSW)、男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)人群的干预数据,采用历史资料的描述性统计方法分析干预工作各项指标的变化趋势。结果2014-2018年,四川省183个县(区)FSW人群月均干预人数逐年上升;HIV抗体阳性检出率从0.1%升至0.3%;每月每人获得安全套数量仅12个左右,且有减少趋势。MSM人群月均干预覆盖率逐年上升;HIV抗体阳性检出率从3.1%升至3.3%;每月每人获得安全套数量仅6个左右,且有减少趋势。结论四川省183个县(区)FSW和MSM人群干预覆盖面有所提高,仍需进一步扩大;FSW和MSM人群干预工作质量不高,干预效果有待提高;FSW和MSM人群干预形式亟待改变,应充分针对目标人群需求开展干预。

Objective To analyze the intervention data of high-risk groups in AIDS Prevention and Treatment Information Network Direct Reporting System in Sichuan Province from 2014 to 2018,in order to understand the implementation of intervention measures for groups with high risks in sexually-transmitted HIV/AIDS.Methods The intervention data of female sex workers(FSW)and men who have sex with men(MSM)from 2014 to 2018 were collected.Descriptive statistical methods for historical data were used to show the trend of the indicators for intervention.Results From 2014 to 2018,the monthly average intervention coverage number of the FSW in 183 counties(districts)of Sichuan increased year by year,the detectable rate of HIV antibody positive detection rate increased from 0.1%to 0.3%,the number of condoms per person per month was only about 12,showing a decreasing trend.The monthly average intervention coverage rate of MSM population increased year by year,the detectable rate of HIV antibody positive detection rate increased from 3.1%to 3.3%,and the number of condoms per person per month was only about 6 and with a decreasing trend.Conclusion The intervention coverage of the FSW and MSM populations in183 counties(districts)of Sichuan has been improved,and it needs to be further expanded.The quality of intervention in the FSW and MSM populations is below satisfactory level,and the intervention effect needs to be improved.The forms of the FSW and MSM population intervention need to be changed and should be fully tailored to the demands of target populations.
