摘要
针对电动汽车快速切断高电压的问题,提出了一种利用安全气囊电子控制单元(ACU)点火回路输出大电流的方式,实现了快速切断高电压的方法。所提方法可以有效地解决碰撞中电动车电池的继电器因为短暂短路电流导致失效而保险丝未熔断的情形。经过实车验证与分析,此方法稳定,可应用性强,可以有效避免碰撞中低压电的干扰。
In order to solve the problem of quickly cutting off high voltage for electric vehicle, a quick way to cut off high voltage by airbag control unit(ACU) fire loop is introduced. This method can solve the condition, in which the relay is failed but the fuse does not fuse off in the battery when vehicle crash occurs. After real vehicle verification and analysis, this method is steady, applicable, and can avoid interference of low voltage electricity in the vehicle crash.
