摘要 为实现施工升降机防坠安全器的在线检测,设计了基于Android平台的防坠安全器远程检测系统。该系统包括检测终端模块、服务器端模块和客户端模块。检测终端的Android应用软件通过串口采集、记录和处理角度数据,然后通过Socket网络应用连接至服务器端应用软件,将检测结果同步至服务器端MySQL数据库;客户端通过网络远程查询服务器端保存的设备历史检测记录。现场实验架法结果表明,本系统能够准确测量防坠安全器的相关检测参数,制动距离的测量分辨率为0.1 mm。系统运行稳定,实现了防坠安全器的远程在线检测和检测数据的高效统一管理,提高了检测效率。 To realize the on-line detection of safety device for builder hoist, a remote detection system based on Android platform for safety device was designed. The system includes a detection terminal module, a server module, and a client module. The Android application software of the detection terminal collects, records, and processes the angle data through the serial port, and then connects to the server application software through the Socket application, and synchronizes the detection result to the MySQL database on the server. The client remotely queries the device history detection record saved on the server through the network. The field test results showed that the system could accurately measure the relevant detection parameters of the safety device. The resolution of stopping distance is 0.1 millimeter. The system can run steadily and realize the on-line detection of the safety device and the efficient unified management of the detection data, and improve the detection efficiency.
