利用转录组数据鉴定青海钩虾细胞色素P450家族成员

Identification of cytochrome P450 family members of Gammarus suifunensis using transcriptome data

摘要 淡水钩虾是重要的环境指示生物,尤其是细胞色素P450家族成员的表达可作为早期预警的生物标记。为了鉴定青海钩虾细胞色素P450家族成员,采用Illumina Hiseq^TM2500高通量测序技术对青海钩虾转录组进行测序,并对P450家族成员进行分析鉴定。结果表明:青海钩虾中共获得了273507个转录本,总长为167791835 bp,隶属于233462个unigene,大小为137818327 bp。从转录本中鉴定到青海钩虾14个细胞色素P450家族成员,大部分基因均获得了全长序列60%以上的片段。 Freshwater species from genus Gammarus suifunensis is an important biological indicator for water environment.Especially the expression of cytochrome P450 members can be used as a biomarker for early warning.In order to identify of cytochrome P450 family members of Gammarus suifunensis,the transcriptome of Gammarus suifunensis was sequenced using Illumina Hiseq^TM 2500 high-throughput sequencing technology,analyzed and identified the members of P450 family.A total of 273507 transcripts,167791835 bp in length,belonging to 233462 unigenes,and 137818327 bp in size,were obtained from the transcriptome.Based on the transcriptome,a total of 14 cytochrome P450 family members were identified in Gammarus.suifunensis and most of the genes obtained more than 60% fragments of the full-length sequence.
