一种先预装支架后安装管路的工艺研究

Installing Pipe Support Before Pipe Installation

管路在分段阶段的传统安装工艺是用角钢临时固定来定位管子坐标,将预制好的管路支架安装后再拆除临时角钢,过程繁杂且返修率高。本文结合现场反馈情况从优化设计图纸,采用把管路支架先预装好后再安装管路新工艺。经过多艘船的实践,大大提升了管路预装效率、减少管路返修率。

The traditional pipe installation process at the block stage is to fix angle bar temporarily to locate pipe coordinates,then dismantle the angle bar after installation of the prefabricated pipe support.The process is complex and repair rate is high.In this paper,based on the optimized design,the pipe support is installed before the pipe is installed.Through the practice of several ships,the pipe installation efficiency is greatly improved and the pipe repair rate is reduced.
