摘要 基于对现有“房地产营销策划”课程教学研究文献以及相关教学改革成果相互联系的分析,从社会各界对房地产营销策划人才的需求特征展开调查,分析该专业人才需求的真正特征,并运用QFD理论对“房地产营销策划”课程教学改革进行探讨,提出“房地产营销策划”课程教学改革与专业人才需求特征相接轨的具体措施,为高校房地产营销策划专业人才培养方案的制定提供参考思路。 This paper starts with the analysis of the mutual relations between the literature research on the teaching reform of the real estate marketing planning course and the teaching reform achievements.On this basis of the investigation of demand characteristics of the real estate marketing planning talent,it analyzes what is the real characteristics of the professional talent demand.It uses QFD theory to discuss the course teaching reform system and how to keep the curriculum teaching reform with the professional talent demand characteristics,providing some reference suggestions to the professional talent training scheme for colleges and universities.
