抗菌药物滥用与医院感染管理方法的研究

Study on Antibacterial Drug Abuse and Hospital Infection Management Methods

目的:研究医院感染管理方法对抗菌药物滥用管理的作用,观察分析其临床效果。方法:研究对象主要为我院所抽取的88例抗菌药物使用患者,2018年1月-2019年1月为研究时间,并且通过随机的方式将研究患者分为2组,即对照组与研究组,每组各44例。研究期间为研究组患者提供加强医院感染管理,对照组给予常规医院感染管理,最后对抗菌药物滥用管理效果进行对比与分析。结果:研究组患者的管理效果为95.45%,对照组患者的管理效果为77.27%,经统计学对比分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:研究组的加强医院感染管理方法能够降低患者的感染率,保障抗菌药物的合理应用,提升医院感染管理方法的有效性。

Objective:To study the effect of hospital infection management methods on the management of antimicrobial abuse,and to observe its clinical effects.Methods:The study subjects were mainly 88 patients with antibiotics,and the study time was from January 20 to January 2019.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the study group.There were 44 cases in each group.During the study period,patients in the study group were provided with hospital infection management,and the control group was given routine hospital infection management.Finally,the effects of antimicrobial drug abuse management were compared and analyzed.Results:The management effect of the study group was 95.45%,and the management effect of the control group was 77.27%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The research group’s method of strengthening hospital infection management can reduce the infection rate of patients,ensure the rational application of antibiotics,and improve the effectiveness of hospital infection management methods.
