支气管哮喘患儿血清GSH-Px和Nrf2水平与其严重程度的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERUM GSH-PX AND NRF2 lEVELS AND SEVERITY IN CHILDREN WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)水平与其严重程度的关系。方法选取2016年2月-2019年2月我院收治的131例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象。选取同期120例健康体检儿童作为对照组。检测二组血清GSH-Px、Nrf2水平并分析二者与支气管哮喘患儿严重程度的关系。结果支气管哮喘组血清GSH-Px及Nrf2水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。重度组患儿血清GSH-Px及Nrf2水平明显低于轻、中度组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示年龄、病程、25-二羟基维生素D3[1,25-(OH)2D3]、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)、血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、用药、规律用药、GSH-Px、Nrf2与支气管哮喘严重程度密切相关。结论支气管哮喘患儿血清GSH-Px、Nrf2水平与其严重程度存在联系,且二者均为支气管哮喘患儿的独立保护因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2) levels and the severity in children with bronchial asthma.Methods From February 2016 to February 2019,a total of one hundred and thirty-one children with bronch-ial asthma treated in The Sixth People′s Hospital of Chengdu were selected as the study subjects.120 healthy children in the same period were selected as control group.The levels of GSH-Px and Nrf2 in serum of the two groups were detected and the relationship between them and the condition of children with bronchial asthma was analyzed.Results The levels of serum GSH-Px and Nrf2 in bronchial asthma group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of GSH-Px and Nrf2 in severe group were lower than those in mild and moderate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,course of disease,1,25-(OH)2 D3,MMP9,IgE,medication,regular medication,GSH-Px,Nrf2 were closely related to the severity of bronchial asthma.Conclusion The serum levels of GSH-Px and Nrf2 in children with bronchial asthma are correlated with the severity of asthma.Both of them are independent protective factors for children with bronchial asthma.
