振源胶囊辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效及对血NT-proBNP、HCY水平的影响

EFFECTS OF ZHENYUAN CAPSULE ADJUVANT THERAPY ON UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS AND ITS INFLUENCES ON ELECTROCARDIOGRAM AND PERIPHERAL BLOOD NT-PROBNP AND HCY LEVELS

目的探讨振源胶囊辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)效果及对心电图和外周血氨基末端BNP前体(NT-proBNP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年12月-2018年12月我院收治的80例UA患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法分为对照组(37例)和观察组(43例),对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用振源胶囊。分析二组2个疗程后临床疗效、心电图疗效、心肌缺血总负荷、心肌缺血总时间、NT-proBNP水平、HCY水平。结果观察组临床总有效率及心电图总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组缺血总负荷显著低于对照组,缺血总时间显著少于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组NT-proBNP、HCY水平均较对照组降低(均P<0.05)。结论振源胶囊辅助治疗UA能够有效改善患者症状,改善心电图心肌缺血,减低血清NT-proBNP、HCY水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of Zhenyuan capsule adjuvant therapy on unstable angina pectoris(UA)and its influence on electrocardiogram and peripheral blood NT-proBNP and HCY levels.Methods Eighty UA patients who were admitted to 363 Hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to treatment methods,they were divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The control group was given routine western medicine.On this basis,observation group was additionally given Zhenyuan capsule.The clinical curative effect,electrocardiogram curative effect,total load of myocardial ischemia,total time of myocardial ischemia,N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and homocysteine(HCY)levels in peripheral blood of both groups after 2 courses were analyzed.Results The total response rates of clinic and electrocardiogram in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total ischemia load of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and total ischemia time was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).NT-proBNP and HCY levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenyuan capsule assisted treatment of UA can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve ECG myocardial ischemia,reduce the serum NT-proBNP,HCY levels.
