摘要
针对目前定向钻机转矩较小、通径小、更换卡瓦慢、上下钻杆不便,不能完全满足煤层顶板裂隙带大直径定向钻孔施工要求的问题,研制了ZYWL-23000DS大功率定向钻机。在ZYWLD系列定向钻机研制的基础上,重点对双马达动力头、快换卡盘、大通径夹持器、旋转与制动功能互锁、辅助上下钻杆装置等关键技术进行了研究,并对钻机进行了负载性能测试,钻机的各项性能参数达到设计要求。该钻机作为目前煤矿井下用转矩最大、起拔力最大的定向钻机,可有效提高顶板裂隙带大直径定向钻孔的施工效率。
In view of the problems of the directional drill rig such as small torque,small diameter of gripper,slow replacement of chuck and inconvenience of drilling pipe installation and removal,it fails to completely meet the requirements for large-diameter directional drilling on the fracture zone of coal seam roof,therefore ZYWL-23000DS large-power directional drill rig was developed.Based on the development of ZYWLD series directional drill rigs,the key technologies were studied such as dual motor power head,quick replacement of chuck,large-diameter gripper,interlocking of rotating and braking function,auxiliary device for drilling pipe installation and removal.After that,the loading performance of the drill rig was tested,and each performance parameter of the drill rig reached the design requirements.As the directional drill rig with the largest torque and pulling force used in underground colliery at present,it could effectively improve the construction efficiency of large-diameter directional drilling on the fracture zone of coal seam roof.
