Design on fatigue diagnosis system for disc spring of disc brake of mine hoist

分析研究了目前提升机盘形闸碟簧疲劳程度的常用检测方法和存在的问题,设计了碟簧疲劳实时在线检测系统,实现了盘形闸碟簧疲劳的实时诊断,对盘形闸的检修提供了方便,确保了提升机的安全运行。

The paper analyzed the common methods and existing problem about fatigue inspection of the disc spring of the disc brake of the hoist at present,and designed real-time fatigue inspection system for the disc spring,so as to realize the real-time fatigue diagnosis of the disc spring of the disc brake.The system offered convenience for the repair of the disc brake and ensured the safe operation of the hoist.
