磨机报警在线帮助系统的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 通过收集磨机常见报警信息,分析其原因以及应采取的措施,制定报警编号规则,从而形成一套完整的报警数据库。基于PLC和HMI研发了一套磨机报警在线帮助系统,在磨机出现报警时实时弹出报警信息,并分析问题所在,提出解决方法和处理措施,可缩短设备故障处理耗时,节省设备维护时间,从而提高设备使用效率和减少停机损失。开发的报警检索功能,可使操作员随时获取报警帮助信息。 After collecting common alarm information of the mill,the paper analyzed their causes and measures to be taken,and worked out alarm coding laws,so as to form a complete alarm database.In addition,a set of online alarm help system for the mill was developed based on PLC and HMI.While the mill alarming,the alarm information popped up in real time and the causes were analyzed,and then solutions and measures were offered.Thus the mill fault disposal duration was shortened,the mill maintenance duration was saved,the mill efficiency was enhanced and the downtime loss was reduced.The developed alarm searching function enabled the operator to obtain alarm help information at any time.
