研究以重庆主城区龙盛双溪片区为例,基于片区城市功能定位拟发生变化,开展了交通改善工作,同时借助Vissim仿真软件,对龙盛双溪片区改善前后城市路网进行交通仿真应用,得到客观真实的评价结论,从而为规划管理部门提供一定的决策依据。
