富含半胱氨酸蛋白61参与肾脏疾病发病机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 富含半胱氨酸蛋白61 (cysteine-rich 61,Cyr61)又被称为CCN1,是近年来国内外生物医学领域的研究热点之一,可发挥多种生理功能。Cyr61主要通过与不同的细胞表面受体整合素结合来调节细胞反应,整合素是细胞表面的一种受体,参与细胞的黏附、迁移、增殖、分化、存活,在多种肾脏疾病的发生发展过程中起着关键性的作用。因此,研究Cyr61的结构和功能及其在肾脏疾病的发生、发展中的作用,可能为肾脏疾病提供临床治疗思路。 Cysteine-rich 61(Cry61),known as CCN1,is one of the research hotspots in biomedical field at home and abroad in recent years,which can play a variety of physiological functions.Cyr61 regulates cell response mainly binding with integrin,a receptor on different cell surfaces involved in cell adhesion,migration,proliferation,differentiation and survival and plays a key role in the occurrence and development of various renal diseases.Hence,to study the structure,function and role of Cyr61 in the occurrence and development of renal diseases may provide clinical treatment for renal diseases.
