丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者血清神经功能指标及ROS、MDA含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者血清神经功能指标与氧自由基(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的关系。方法回顾性分析2017年2月~2019年1月治疗的108例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=54,常规治疗)与观察组(n=54,常规治疗联合丁苯酞治疗)。比较两组患者血清神经功能指标[胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、多胺氧化酶(PAO)、肽素(copeptin)、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(HFABP)]、ROS与MDA的含量及日常生活能力(Barthel指数)恢复情况。结果治疗后,观察组IGF-1、日常生活能力均高于对照组,PAO、copeptin、HFABP、ROS、MDA均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.001)。结论丁苯酞用于治疗急性脑梗死患者,能有效改善血清神经功能,抑制自由基,调节ROS、MDA水平,提高患者日常生活能力。 Objective To analyze the effect of butyphthalide on serum nerve function indexes,reactive oxygen species(ROS) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 108 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(n=54,routine treatment) and observation group(n=54,routine treatment and butyphthalide) according to the treatment methods.Two groups were compared in the serum nerve function indexes [insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1),polyamine oxidase(PAO),copeptin,heart-type fatty acid binding protein(HFABP)],contents of ROS and MDA,recovery of activity of daily living(Barthel index).Results After treatment,statistical difference was observed between two groups with observation group being higher in the IGF-1 and activity of daily living,but the PAO,copeptin,HFABP,ROS and MDA being lower than those of control group(P<0.05 or 0.001).Conclusion Butyphthalide in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve serum nerve function,inhibit free radical,regulate the levels of ROS and MDA and increase activity of daily living.
