摘要
本文设计了滚筒洗衣机外壳冲压自动化生产线,并且得到实际应用。叙述了产品冲压工艺、设备选型以及控制系统。分析了冲压生产线合理规划布局的重要性,积累了自动化集成关键技术。
In the text,the automatic stamping production line for the shell of washing machine has been designed and applied in practice.The stamping process,equipment selection and control system have been described.The importance of reasonable layout of stamping production line has been analyzed,and key technologies of automation integration have been accumulated.
